The Prohibitions of Ihram
It is what the muhrim (person in ihram) is forbidden from in Hajj or 'Umrah.
The Prohibitions of Ihram Are Upon Three Categories
Among the Prohibitions of Ihram Are on Males and Females
Among the Prohibitions on Men
Among the Prohibitions of Ihram on Women
And whomever does something from these prohibitions forgetfully, ignorantly, or under coercion, then there is nothing upon them, for the saying of Allah Exalted ﴾And there is no sin upon you for that in which you have erred with but [only for] what your hearts intended﴿ [Al-Ahzab: 5]. However, if they remember or come to know, it becomes obligatory upon them to abandon the prohibition immediately.
Whomever Does Something from the Prohibitions (of Ihram) Due to an Excuse that Permits It, Then Upon Them Is the Fidyah and There Is No Sin Upon Them
He Exalted said ﴾And do not shave your heads until the offering has reached its destination. But whoever of you is sick or has some affliction of his head, then the due fidyah (ransom) is fasting or a donation or a sacrifice. Then when you are secure: whoever enjoys a break between the Minor Pilgrimage and the Pilgrimage, then (he must offer) whatever is feasible of offering. But whoever cannot find the means, then fasting for three days during the Pilgrimage, and seven when you have returned; that is ten in total. That is for the one whose family is not present at the Inviolable Mosque. And be mindful of Allah, and know that Allah is stern in retribution) [Al-Baqarah: 196].
Whomever Does Something from the Prohibitions (of Ihram) Intentionally Without Excuse, Then Upon Them is the Fidyah and They Are Sinful
