Darasi Ajiya
Ajiya shi ne dukiyar da za a baiwa wani domin ya adana ta ba tare da an biya shi wani abu ba; Kaman wani mutum ya baiwa wani agogo ko mota ko kuɗi domin ya kiyaye mishi.
Hukuncin Ajiya
Ajiya abu ne wanda yake halal kuma kowana ɗaya daga ɓangarorin shi biyu zai iya fasa ajiyar a duk lokacin da yaga dama, kuma a duk lokacin da wanda ya bayar da ajiyar ya buƙaci abunshi to ya wajaba a mayar mishi, kuma idan wanda aka baiwa ajiyar ya dawo da ita ya wajaba akan mai ita da ya karɓe ta, kuma tana daga cikin taimakekkeniya akan biyayya ga Allah da kuma taƙawa.
Hikimar dake cikin shar'anta ajiya
Mutum zai iya shiga cikin wani yanayin da ba zai iya adana kuɗaɗenshi ba - ko don rashin wurin ajiyewa wanda ya dace, ko kuma don ba zai iya ajiyewa ba; sakamakon tsufa, ko rashin lafiya ko kuma tsoro, kuma ya kasance waninshi yana da ikon adana mishi dukiyarshi.
Saboda hakane Allah Ya halalta Ajiya, domin kiyaye dukiya ta ɓangare guda, da kuma samun lada ta ɓangaren wanda aka bashi ajiyar, kuma a cikin haka babu shakka akwai sauƙaƙawa ga mutane, da kuma taimaka musu wajen biyan buƙatunsu.
Ajiya abu ne wanda aka shar'anta ta a cikin littafin Allah, da sunnar Annabi, da Ijma'in malamai da kuma kiyasi, Allah Ta'ala Yace:(Lalle Allah Yana umartan ku da ku mayar da amana zuwa ga masu ita) (Annisa'i: 58).
Daga Abu Hurairah Allah Ya kara mishi yarda yace: Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi yace: "Ka mayar da Amana zuwa wanda ya baka ita kuma kada ka ha'inci wanda ya ha'ince ka" (Abu Dawood).
Hukuncin karɓan ajiya
Anason karɓan ajiya ga wanda yasan cewa yana da ikon ajiye ta; domin abunda yake cikin hakan na taimakekkeniya akan biyayya ga Allah da kuma taƙawa da kuma ladan da za a samu a cikin ajiye ta.
Rukunnan Ajiya
Yanayin da wanda aka baiwa ajiya zai biya ajiyar
Yanayin da ajiya take canzawa daga Amana zuwa lamuni
Idan ajiya ta salwanta a hannun wanda aka baiwa ajiyar ba tare da ya baiwa wani ko yayi sakaci a cikinta ba to ba zai biya ba, kuma ya wajaba a gare shi da ya adana ta wurin da akwai tsaro, amma kuma idan wanda ya bada ajiyan ya baiwa wanda ya baiwa ajiyan izinin tasarrufi a cikinta to anan ta zamto rance mai lamuni.
Idan wani abun tsoro ya faru kuma wanda aka baiwa ajiya ya buƙaci tafiya, to lalle ya wajaba akanshi da ya mayar da ajiyar zuwa ma'abocinta ko wakilinshi, idan kuma bai samu damar aikata hakan ba sai ya baiwa shugaba idan har ya kasance mai adalci ne, idan hakan ma bai samu ba sai ya baiwa wani amintacce domin ya mayar da ita zuwa ma'abotan ta.
Duk wanda aka baiwa ajiyar kuɗi sai ya fitar da shi daga lalitanshi, ko kuma ya cakuɗa shi da waninshi ta yadda ba za a iya bambance shi ba sai duka suka lalace ko suka ɓata to zai biya.
Wanda aka baiwa ajiya amintacce ne ba zai biya ba saidai idan ya baiwa wani ko kuma yayi sakaci, kuma za a yarda da maganan wanda aka baiwa ajiya tare da rantsuwanshi yayin mayar da ajiyar, da lalacewarta, da kuma rashin sakacinshi muddin babu wata hujjah.
Hukuncin mayar da ajiya
Ajiya amana ce a wurin wanda aka baiwa ita, ya wajaba ya mayar da ita yayin da ma'abocinta ya buƙace ta, idan kuma bai mayar da ita ba bayan mai ita ya buƙace ta ba tare da wani uzuri ba sai ta salwanta to zai biya ta. Allah Ta'ala Yace:(Lalle Allah Yana umartan ku da ku mayar da amana zuwa masu su) (Annisa'i: 58).
Idan ajiya ta kasance na sama da mutum ɗaya ne, sai ɗaya daga cikinsu ya buƙaci rabonshi daga wurin wanda aka baiwa ajiyar, ko abun ajiyan na gwadawa ne, ko abun ƙidayawa ne, to za a raba a bashi kason shi.
