Allah Mai girma da ɗaukaka ya raba arziki a tsakanin mutane da adalcinshi da kuma hikimarshi; sai ya kasance a cikinsu akwai mawadaci da matalauci, da wanda yake cikin tsanani da mabuƙaci, kuma mutane sun saba wa junansu bashi a tsakaninsu domin samun daman biyan buƙatunsu. Kuma kasancewan addinin Allah gamamme ne kuma cikakke, haƙiƙa ya zo da hukunce-hukunce masu yawa waɗanda suke da alaƙa da bashi. kuma Allah Ya keɓance bashi da mafi tsawon aya a cikin Alkur'ani mai girma, kuma ita ce aya ta 282 na daga cikin Suratul Baƙara, kuma ana ƙiranta Ayar bashi.

Ma'anan bashi

Shi ne bada kuɗi domin tausayawa wanda zaiyi amfani da shi da sharaɗin mayar da kwatankwacin shi bayan wani lokaci.

Hukuncin Bashi

Bashi abun so ne (Mustahabbi ne) ga wanda zai bayar, kuma halal ne ga wanda zai karɓa. Kuma karɓan bashi baya daga cikin makaruhan abubuwa; domin mai karɓan bashi zai karɓa bashin ne domin ya amfana da shi wajen biyan buƙatunsu, sa'annan sai ya mayar da kwatankwacin shi daga baya.

Kuma Allan Ya sake cewa a cikin wannan ayar: (Kuma kada ku ƙõsa ga rubũta shi, ƙarami ya kasance kõ babba, zuwa ajalinsa. Wancan ne mafi ãdalci a wurin Allah kuma mafi tsayuwa ga shaida, kuma mafi kusa ga rashin shakkarku) (Albakara: 282).

Ya zamto an kammala bashin da siga, kuma hakan shi ne bayarwa da kuma karɓa, ko wani abunda zai maye gurbinsu.

Wanda zai bayar da bashin ko wanda zai karɓa bashin ya zamto baligi, mai hankali, natsatstse, wanda yake da zaɓi, ya kuma san abunda yakeyi.

Dukiyar da za a bada ita bashin ta zamto ta halalce a shar'ance.

Ya zamto an san yawan kuɗin da za a bayar da shi bashin.

Duk wanda ya ranci kuɗi a wurin wani, to ya yi niyyar biyanshi, Haramun ne mutum ya karɓi kudin mutane ba tare da ya yi niyyar mayar musu da su ba. An karɓo hadisi daga Abu Hurairah Allah Ya kara mishi yarda, daga Annabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ya ce: “Duk wanda ya karɓi dukiyar mutane da nufin ya biya su, Allah zai biya a madadinshi, kuma wanda ya karɓe ta yana nufin ya halaka ta, Allah zai halaka shi” (Bukhari 2387).

Daga Abu Hurairah Allah ya kara mishi yarda yace: Manzon Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi yace: "Jinkirin mawadaci wajen biyan bashi zalumci ne".(Bukhari: 2288, Muslim: 1564).

Kuma ba ya halatta a sanyawa wanda ake bi bashi tara idan ya makara wajen biya a kan lokaci, domin riba ce, kuma bai halatta a yi rance da wannan sharaɗi ba, ko da wanda ya karɓa yana ganin zai iya biya a kan lokaci ba tare da an ci shi tarar ba, domin yin hakan ya shiga cikin yarjejeniyan da riba ke lizimta a cikin shi.
